Spring is quickly approaching, which means preparations are underway for the 2018 Revitalize Community Health Outreach Day! The outreach is an annual event to connect Hartford residents to local free and low-cost health programs by distributing resource bags that contain information and incentives to help people experience and maintain a lifestyle of wellness. Dozens of churches, organizations and schools work together to distribute the bags.
Is your church or parachurch organization interested in participating in this year’s outreach on Saturday, June 9, 2018? Please contact Angela Colantonio.
