Mt. Carmel’s basic needs ministry provides prepared meals and care packages to a shelter in New Haven on the second Saturday of every month. After Sunday services, the church church also offers assistance to local community members who request assistance. Mt. Carmel’s food pantry is in the start-up phase of providing holistic basic needs services to the East Hartford community on a monthly basis.
