On Thursday, February 21, 2013, representatives from eleven churches and organizations, who are also each participants in the Urban Alliance network, came together for Urban Alliance’s Revitalize Kick-Off Meeting, which helped put the plans in motion for Revitalize 2013.
The goal of Revitalize, which is an Urban Alliance initiative, is to be a long-term sustainable initiative that will effectively and holistically help meet health needs in Hartford.
