On an ongoing basis, MSOC provides a variety of services to individuals and families in the Greater Hartford community based on expressed needs. Support is often provided to at-risk families, individuals facing homelessness, people who were previously incarcerated and are reintegrating into the community and people who are struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues. MSOC also provides basic needs items to community members and makes referrals to local churches and community programs to best meet the needs of each person they serve.
