The Agape House’s mission is to the serve the homeless community and others by providing basic needs, developing relationships, and showing the love of Christ through the work they do.
The Hands and Feet of Jesus
The Hands and Feet of Jesus is a basic needs program that provides toiletries, clothing and household items to the homeless and people in need in the Bristol community. These outreach efforts occur on Saturdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Assistance with life skills, such as job searching, résumé writing, interviewing skills and budgeting, is available by appointment. The Agape House also has trained Community Resource Coaches who offer case management services to the people they serve. Community Resource Coaches help encourage positive changes in people served through relational support and may meet one-on-one with people to motivate them to set goals and connect to appropriate resources.
