On Saturday, April 30, 2016, thirteen representatives from five churches participated in a Network 4 Health gathering at Urban Alliance, where they each created and shared an action plan that described an outreach effort to address community health needs.
After sharing, each church received feedback from the group about their plan. Most plan to participate in the Urban Alliance initiative Revitalize to enhance the impact of their efforts.
Revitalize is an Urban Alliance initiative that helps people move towards optimal physical health by collaboratively increasing the impact of local health services.
