SUMMARY:Sacred Rest: Soul Care Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Facilitator: Joel Cruz and Dr. Jess Sanderson \nYou are invited to step away from the noise and demands of daily life and enter into a sacred space of rest. This Christian retreat is designed to create room for slowing down\, listening\, and receiving God’s gentle care for your soul. Rooted in Scripture and prayer\, our time together will center on rest not as escape\, but as a deep posture of trust\, renewal\, and abiding in Christ. \nThe retreat will take place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM\, followed by a shared lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.
