Reach Thousands Through the Revitalize Community Health Outreach

Since 2011, more than 26,00 Hartford households have received important information about free and low-cost health services and resources through Revitalize Community Health Outreach thanks to volunteers just like you.
 
The Revitalize Community Health Outreach is a collaborative effort, organized by Urban Alliance, churches and organizations, to get up-to-date information and resources into the hands of thousands of Hartford residents each year.
 
Will You Join Us For This Year's Community Health Outreach on June 11?
 
On the day of the outreach, hundreds of volunteer from both urban and suburban churches distribute informational packets in a door-to-door effort. Volunteers also offer to pray with community members.

Whether you've led a volunteer group before for the Community Health Outreach or your interest is just getting piqued, we invite you to participate in this year's outreach on Saturday, June 11!

And, we're gearing up now.

If your organization is in the Urban Alliance network and you're interested in participating in the June outreach, at least one volunteer group leader must attend the upcoming orientation.

Time: 5:00-5:30pm dinner; 5:30-7:00pm orientation
Location: Urban Alliance, 62 Village Street, East Hartford, CT
