53 people representing 22 churches and ministry organizations were recently equipped by Urban Alliance with training and tools to help them build strong relationships with the people they serve through their basic needs programs.

The information shared during the meeting was based on the Hospitality + Service curriculum which teaches the S.E.R.V.E. principles of hospitality. Attendees were able to brainstorm how they could apply these principles to improve their program's culture.
