Cornerstone Foundation, Inc.

Cornerstone Foundation's mission is to "Feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, and clothe those in need".

Clothing Bank, Etc.
The Clothing Bank is open twice a week and offers clothes, household items, books, toys and more to anyone in need at no cost. Help is available for those under emergency conditions and those moving into new apartments from the shelter or have nothing to start off from. School backpack and Prom dress drives are also held yearly.

Overnight Shelter
The shelter provides a safe place for local homeless to stay, including a warm bed, laundry facilities and a hot shower. The facility is dormitory style, separated by dividers.  The Shelter is not a "residence", but an emergency location for overnight lodging only. During the day, those served in the shelter may spend time at the Soup Kitchen (see below).

Soup Kitchen
The Cornerstone Soup Kitchen was founded in 1989, and have been faithfully serving lunch (seven days a week) and dinner (five days a week) ever since. The family atmosphere encourages receipients of all nationalities and incomes to come to the table with their trays, to respect and get to know each other and to start each meal with a prayer.
